The Airport consists of four terminal buildings, which are referred to as Modules A, B, C and D. Module B is the smallest while Module C is the largest. And is very simple as the bus services at the airport are referred to as Line 1 and Route 21, both operated by the company of EMT, that means Empresa Municipal de Transports Urbans (Municipal Transport Company of Palma de Mallorca). In Mallorca the need for public transport has grown over the years, and that ease of mobility is important for everyday life. The Government have, therefore, taken care to provide bus services of high quality to as many destinations as possible, at an affordable rate for locals and tourists.

Individual profiles are applied to the citizen cards, for example, student, resident, pensioner, child etc. Majority of buses are blue in color, and are of the single-decker variety. The entry point is at the front end of the bus, but you can exit from the side doors. Bus tickets can be purchased from the driver, or you will need to show him your travel card. Please note that the maximum change available on the bus is 10€, so in case you are going to pay directly to bus driver, try to have small notes, otherwise they would not accept big notes.
The bus services at Palma de Mallorca Airport are the only form of public transport available, as there is no train station on the airport site. Alternative transport options are by taxi, or by hired car, but the buses provide a far less expensive way to travel.
