Payment of the rent amount:30% of the total amount to book and get confirmation in advance at the reservation moment. Rest paid cash on arrival.

Guest Cancelation Policy:

If You Cancel Your Accommodation, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as shown:

If you cancel before paying the balance, once you have paid the 30% of the reservation confirmation or you do not pay the balance on time, your reservation will be cancelled automatically and the total amount paid is not refundable.

70 - 29 days 80% of all sums payable hereunder.

28 - 15 days 90% of all sums payable hereunder.

14 days to day of departure 100% of all sums payable hereunder.

In all cases administration and credit card charges are non refundable.
