The house is located in a quiet residencial area.
The pool can be heated on request in certain periods with an extra cost.
The house measures 150sqm and additional balconies, terraces and garden going up to 270 sqm.

4 double bedrooms with air-conditioning, one with a bed of 135x190cm, the others all with 2 beds of 90x190cm.

Kitchen equiped with microwave, washingmachine, dishwasher, etc.

Pool of 8x4m, completely fenced in, and for private use except july and august,when can be shared with Villa neiborgh, just sometimes.
